Golden Angelic Cloak of Light
This is an exercise which you will enjoy doing – as you ask your Angels to surround you with a cloak of golden Angelic light – the golden light of Wisdom, Love and Peace.
Cleansing your Energies
It is a wonderful exercise to do first thing in the morning, as it will set you up for the day ahead. It will be uplifting as it clears and lightens up your energies, and will help you to develop your own Angelic qualities of love, joy, compassion and kindness.
Steps for Exercise
Take a few minutes to get ready, find a nice quiet place where you won’t be disturbed, and make sure that you are warm and comfortable. You might like to light a candle, a symbol of the light of the Angels.
And now ask your Guardian Angel to step in close to you and enfold you in golden Angelic light.
- You can ask your Guardian Angel to give you Golden Hands – so that everything you Touch today will be for the highest good.
- Ask your Angel to give you Golden Eyes – so that everything you See today will be for the highest good.
- Ask your Angel to give you Golden Ears – so that everything you Hear today will be for the highest good.
- And ask your Angel to give you a Golden Mouth – so that everything you Say today will be for the highest good.
- And now ask your Guardian Angel to surround you in a cloak of golden Angelic Light so that as you shine your light, everything you touch and see, all that you say and hear today, will be for the highest good of all.
Transformation
You are now radiant with Golden Angelic Light.
Surrounded by your cloak of golden Angelic light, you will find yourself looking with kindness on every person or animal that you meet today, and talking kindly to everyone.
Notice how you feel, how other people react to you, and how different things look.
Know that everyone and everything you come into contact with will be uplifted by your higher light – and they in turn will uplift everything they come into contact with – spreading the light and goodness.
