Preparation: Take a few minutes to get ready, set aside some quiet time for yourself, light a candle, play soft relaxing music, and make sure you won’t be disturbed.
Opening your Heart with Angel Love
- Ask Archangel Chamuel and the Angels of Love to totally surround you and radiate their Love and Light to you. See yourself surrounded in a soft pink puffy cloud, like you are being held in a soft pink baby’s blanket – and allow yourself be nurtured with unconditional love.
- Feel the warmth, comfort and safety as you are held in the arms of the Angels of Love. Allow your thoughts be peaceful, and allow your worries and concerns to drop away as they are transformed by the Light of Love.
- Bring to mind someone you love deeply and unconditionally, perhaps your child, a pet or partner. Place your hands over your heart area and hold that person in your heart for a few moments. Allow the feeling of love to flow through your heart.
- Now bring your awareness back to yourself again as you are totally held, appreciated and loved by the Angels, and allow love to flow through you.
- Spend a few more minutes bathing in the Light of Love.
