Love – all healing comes about as a result of love.
Intention – your healing intention for the sound is as important as the sound itself – it gives power and direction to the sound.
Intuition – ask yourself – what sounds does your body need right now for your healing?
You can create healing sounds either with your voice, or sound instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, bells, piano, harp etc. When creating healing sounds, always ask yourself – what sounds does my body need right now to support its healing? Then follow your intuition, start to create healing sounds, and send the sounds on a wave of love from your heart, along with a healing intention.
As you receive the sounds, imagine a wave of love, along with healing sound vibrations, flowing along your sound wave to wherever you wish in your body – to restore balance and harmony.
Sound is a natural healing therapy that is available to everyone.
Sound healing is a very powerful, yet simple process, that is available to everyone. You can learn a few simple sound healing techniques, and with practice, you will soon be in the flow of healing sounds.
