This is a very gentle, yet powerful healing exercise, which starts with 5 minutes of deep relaxation.
You will then send love and appreciation to all parts of your body, and every layer of your aura, including your thoughts and emotions, bathing all your cells and systems with love and appreciation.
Love is the most powerful healing frequency of all – it dissolves hurt and pain on all levels, both physical and emotional.
