It can be difficult to express painful emotions. However, unexpressed feelings and emotions are energies that can lodge within our bodies, and reduce our flow of life-force energy. Over time, this can cause an imbalance which may eventually lead to a symptom or dis-ease.

It is important to acknowledge your emotions and how you are feeling. Your voice and healing sounds will act as a catalyst, facilitating the release of old stuck energies, and a return to balance.

 

In this course you will explore how to acknowledge your feelings and emotions, and express them safely, gently, yet powerfully, through toning and healing sounds.

You will learn how to create emotional harmony and release unexpressed feelings or painful emotions such as hurt, anger, fear, shame, frustration or feeling inadequate, so you can:
