About your Facilitator – Mildred Ryan
Mildred is an international spiritual teacher, author, and healer. Her vision is to empower people to open their hearts to the lightness and joy of life and step forward into their full potential, creating joyful lives of love, peace, abundance and fulfilment.
She holds inspirational workshops and training programmes and has set up many online courses to support people to heal on all levels and achieve their goals. She also has a passion for healing with sacred sound and empowers students to support their health and well-being with sound.
Her recently published book ‘Golden Steps to Inner Peace, Happiness and Enlightenment’, is a step-by-step journey of opening to love, healing, wisdom and joy.
I love being close to nature and the ocean, having time to rest and ‘breathe’, dance, laugh, have fun with friends and the special animals in my life.
I’m excited by my work, knowing that everything is interconnected, and as each of us individually experiences more joy, love, peace and fulfilment, this has a ripple effect – touching everyone and everything else around us.
